Card Player Offers Free Training Video from WSOP Main Event Player

by Hillary LaClair, Senior Editor

CardPlayer.com has announced that it will offer a free online poker training video to its members in which instructor Andrew “Foucault” Brokos will discuss some of the key hands he played in the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event.  Online poker players will receive a heads on analysis of high stakes play, and how Bronkos made it work for him.

Using a “hand replayer” powered by PokerSavvy Plus, Brokos will go over a hand that he played against Brandon Adams. Brokos raised Adams in a bold preflop move with 8 and 9 of spades. While Brokos has stated that this was not the wisest decision to make against such an aggressive opponent, but after the call was made, Brokos landed two pair.

In addition to Card Player members having access to the entire video, PokerSavvy Plus has provided a complete video catalog. Anyone who is not currently a member can sign up for a seven day trial membership that will give access to the videos as well as additional exclusive features.

Along with Brokos and his step by step instructional video, Card Player has provided a library of similar video resources. The professional team of consultants includes Mike “The Mouth” Matusow, Just “WPTHero” Rollo, Dani “Ansky” Stern, Evan “_Fisherman” Roberts and Chris “tribefan9” Rhodes. Blog entries are also available to aspiring online poker players wishing to study more on the strategies that work for the big dogs.
