Ease of use:
The site offers a range of games; all well-presented and easily accessible. The site looks good although it is displayed in a little of a bare bones style. The software is available in 16 different languages, which ensures a personalised experience wherever you come from. Graphics and layout are top-notch, and player sutomisation is encouraged at every turn, with the ability to set all manner of sound and avatar options.

Bonus:
Although EverestPoker does not offer a real money deposit, offering a bonus accumulated by playing tournaments and ranked games instead, it's standard bonus of $100 is very generous when compared to some other sites. Indeed this bonus is speedily paid back to the user after every tournament or table they play on, giving the user immediate cashback each time they play.

Transfer:
Offering a large wealth of transfer options and with minimum deposits set very low when compared to other sites, the ease of depositing and withdrawing money from your poker account really stands out on this site.

Events:
There are a good range of scheduled tournaments on EverestPoker although those looking for the higher buy-in tournaments may be disappointed, there are enough tournaments to cover all other bankrolls. The Everest Poker European Championship is a staple tournament of this site, and is warmly received and well-contested by all.

Types of game:
Everest Poker offers solely Hold-em games, with most of the traffic and tournaments being directed at the No Limit variety. Ring games and Sit and Go tournaments benefit from various seriously low micro-limit entries, with 5 cent tournaments and 4 cent ring tables the lows offered. However the highest stake possible in ring games is $20 which is a bit lacking when you consider the $100 or $200 tables that exist on other sites. This of small concern to the average player, but for those who wish to play high stake poker, or indeed a different game to No-Limit Hold-Em poker, Everest Poker may not be the site for you. It must be noted however that Sit and Go tournaments are available up to a maximum of $500 entry, which more than suffices.

Traffic:
Statistics taken on October 2007 show 26,000 players playing on 4,000 tables at one time. This is in concordance with Everest Poker's reputation as one of the fastest growing poker sites online. There will always be people to fill any sit and go tournaments, and ring games are also normally very full.
9/10
Competition:
Due to the large amount of players on Everest Poker, as one would expect the competition offered can range from the extremely fierce right down to very easy , depending on what stake game you play. As the site only offers Hold-Em, all players are well-versed in this type of poker, and if ever you get stuck as a beginner, there are large amounts of training and turorial programs to assist. It is fair to say that whatever your ability, you will find a place to play where you feel comfortable at Everest Poker.

Overall impression:
Overall, Everest Poker is growing in popularity daily, and after playing with their software it's not difficult to see why. Offering simple yet infinitely playable software with a range of games suitable for any hold-em player. The lack of high ranking tournaments and other game types may put off some, but for the rest, looking for a secure site offering a decent bonus scheme and quick and simple deposit methods, this is the site for you. The software is quick to download, and easy to set up, and is updated daily to ensure there is no down-time.
