The software platform is extremely stable and the play is exceptionally quick. The graphic interface however, could use an upgrade.
InterPoker Customer Support: Interpoker customer support is good but not excellent. They offer support by email and phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The phone is by far the quicker response as you can generally get someone on the line within a minute. The support is toll-free and the reps are friendly and knowkedgeable. Email support tends to be quite slow with responses averaging 3 hours and in some instances taking as long as 12 hours. Phone support is recommended as the chance for email miscommunication and the lag in response can be quite frustrating.
InterPoker Cashier: The Interpoker cashier is relatively quick and free of fees. InterPoker uses the ECash system, which is very secure and accepts deposits and withdrawals from Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, Citadel, Wire Transfer, ECP, Neteller, FirePay, and Check. Withdrawals are processed same day and hit player Neteller, Citadfel, and Firepay accounts generally within 12 hours. CC withdrawals cannot exceed the amount deposited and hit accounts within 3-4 days. Wire desposits are ususally processed wiithin 12 hours. Wire withdrawals take up to 7-10 days to process. InterPoker Rake: The InterPoker rake on standard games is just below average for the industry. On big bet tables the rake is justabove industry average, with a rake of 5% on every pot over £5/$5, up to a maximum of £3/$3. InterPoker has an established no flop - no drop policy.
InterPoker Sign-Up Bonus: The InterPoker Sign-Up Bonus is 100% up to $90. This is a general bonus that applies to reloads as well as first deposits. The max bonus is limited to $100/month and $1000/year. This is an adequate bonus, but doesn't win any awards for generosity.
InterPoker Loyalty Bonuses: Players earn One My Poker Point (MPP) by playing a hand in which the rake reaches 1 unit ($/£/€). One-Quarter (0.25) MPP is earned by playing a hand in which the rake reaches 0.25 units, but is below 1 unit. Players' MPP balance is displayed in the main lobby. When sitting down to a table this balance always starts at 0.00. It increments as you earn MPP's on that table. If playing at two or more tables, each table will show how many points have been earned at that particular table since sitting down to play.
Interpoker Promotions: Depositing InterPoker players are eligible for a "prop player" invitation. Players are paid an hourly rate to open new tables. When a player invite is initiated, a pop up message will instruct the player on which table needs to be started, the monetary limit of the table and the dollar amount Interpoker is willing to pay each player at that table. "Proposition Play" ceases when one of the following three circumstances occurs: if a player sits out from current play or leaves the table; when a total of four or more players have joined the table; when two or more hours have elapsed.
